Hello there! Today I’m excited to join Simon Says Stamp for a blog hop to showcase the fabulous new products in their latest Hey Love release.
My project features the Laura’s Love collection. I embossed the Love Is Background and masked off each line (I know, I’m crazy!). I wanted to emphasize each line of the wording in a fun and colorful way.
For the sentiment I used the Love 2 die along with a coordinating sentiment from the All My Love stamp set.
Here’s a video to show how I made this card.
GIVEAWAY!!!
Leave me a comment for your chance to win a $25 gift certificate to Simon Says Stamp.
Winners will be announced on Monday on the Simon Says Stamp blog.
Your next stop on the hop is the one and only Debby Doodle!

There was your name and I thought I would check out what you had done. I am quite emotional tonight. The LOVE of my life for over 51 years had his Port removed today by the Surgeon in our small town who did the biopsy a year ago this March and it was discovered that he had a very rare cancer. He is Cancer FREE now (as of September) and this has come Full Circle. The Doctor who discovered this Cancer got to remove the needed Port for his Chemo during this last year. It is Celebration in my house tonight!! LOVE is blooming really BIG!!! Thank you for your work Laura. It is meaningful that I only opened your Blog. Perfect!!

Great job all over. I love that you chose “my” colors for the card and that you showed us how you achieved it. Not as hard as I first thought! Thank you. (I know about the hair–I got busted for ‘wisps’ every single day when I was in Officer Training School in the Navy, in spite of a 2-cans/week hairspray habit and a twenty bobby pin hairdo. Literally. And, we wispy-hair beauties also have so much more fun with static in the winter!

January 14, 2017 at 11:49 pmWow, this card totally reminds me of a shirt my mom has. It has lines of words like your card on it and I like to read what it says. I made a shirt that I stamped sentiments on it so people would read my shirt like I read my mom’s. I don’t have a die cutter so I couldn’t do the LOVE part or some of the other stuff but it’s a really colorful and pretty card. The sequins add just the right touch. I am in love with sequins!
