The card is really beautiful BUT, I would have just stamped the background stamp all over with one colors but making several different backgrounds – then sliced each row off. After gluing back together using all the colors, I would have ended up with several cards and probably the same amount of time. It is a great inspiration to me – thanks!

No more “doublestick heaven?’ It’s ok, love forgives!!! :-)) I can’t believe nobody thought of doing that chapter as a background before! It’s just wonderful. Great job all over. I love that you chose “my” colors for the card and that you showed us how you achieved it. Not as hard as I first thought! Thank you. Love love love that the background stamp is from scripture. Seriously when you said that you masked and created each stripe for each line I was thinking no way would I try that.
