Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Altenew for their 4th anniversary blog hop! If you are following the hop then you should have arrived here from May Sukyong Park’s blog. Below are a few of my favorite projects from the past year showcasing Altenew products.
I’ve created a project featuring the gorgeous Deco Wallpaper Stencil.
I blended several Atlenew inks using the Deco Wallpaper Stencil. For then sentiment I die cut the “you” using the Caps Bold Alphabet Dies onto aqua glittered cardstock. I also stamped a coordinating sentiment using the Crafty Friends stamp set.
Here’s a video to show you how I created this card.

I can always count on you for inspiration and a good laugh – who could ask for anything more?!?! I don’t believe I’ve seen a YT video for that GORGEOUS treasure card. I have to investigate. Wonderful hop so far.

April 8, 2018 at 5:00 pmI don’t think I’d have the energy left to mask off so many areas on this card after all those soccer games, batches of slime and Easter eggs, too! Obviously, it was totally worth it! The card is amazingly beautiful! I just had one grandchild here. We did several batches of slime, too! And I’m sure there is more to come. Her mom and other grandmother won’t let her make slime at their house, but what did they put in her Easter baskets? Slime kits to take to GrammaSuzi’s house! I’m the fun, crafty gramma and wouldn’t have it any other way! :o)

April 9, 2018 at 12:55 pmLaura – Love, love your card, as usual! You have made me crazy about using SHAPES – something I never thought about when making cards before! Love the tri-fold fish your daughter made – so CUTE! Thanks for sharing it – my young nieces will love it! I purchased the Deco stencil you used for your card, but have not used it yet. You have given me the incentive to use it for a birthday card I need to make this week!
