Hi there! Today I’m joining Simon Says Stamp for day 2 of the Fluttering By Release Blog Hop. My project features the Heart Mandala die along with the Love You Mama set. To begin I blended Distress Oxide inks in Candied Apple, Picked Raspberry, Spiced Marmalade & Squeezed Lemonade onto bristol followed by flicks of water. Next I die cut the Heart Mandala onto white cardstock and adhered the die cut panel to an acetate sheet using spray adhesive. I create a shaker filling it with Celosia & Like Magic sequins. For the sentiment I used the Love You Mama stamp set & coordinating die. I embossed a coordinating sentiment from the set in white onto a black strip and popped both up with foam tape. Here’s a video to show you how I created this card.
GIVEAWAY!
Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $25 coupon to every stop on the hop. Leave a comment for your chance to win! Winners will be chosen over the weekend and posted on the Simon Says Stamp store blog on Wednesday.
