Hi there! Today I’m excited to join Simon Says Stamp for Day 2 of their Believe in You Release Blog Hop. You can check out the fabulous new release HERE!
My project features the Faceted Stripes Stencil. I used Pixie Spray to hold down my stencil, and it worked like a charm. I know you’re gonna think I’m crazy(and I don’t deny it), but I did, in fact, mask off each segment of on the stencil to blend each one a separate color.
I just had to give the idea and try and I gotta say, I absolutely love how it looks, although it’s definitely not something that you’re gonna want to mass produce. For the sentiment I use the new Greetings Mix 1 stamp set. I also added some silver thread and clear drops, just to zhuzh it up a little:)
Here’s a video to show you how I created this card.
GIVEAWAY!
Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $25 coupon to every stop on the hop. Leave me a comment for your chance to win! Winners will be chosen over the weekend and posted on the Simon Says Stamp blog on Wednesday, the 31st of July.
