Hi there! Today I’m joining Simon Says Stamp for their Handmade Holiday Release Blog Hop.
My project features the new Slimline Rainbow Stencil for the background. I blended Sweets, Cantaloupe, Lemonade & Sprout ink for the color. I die cut a Large Rounded Tag with white cardstock and layered a vellum Etched Berry Branch die cut. For the sentiment I used one of the Reverse Sunshine & Rainbows Sentiment Strips.
For my next card I trimmed strips of solid colored cardstock to 1 inch and adhered to a white card base. I popped up the negative die cut from the Etched Delicate Frond die. For the sentiment I used the Reverse Get Well Sentiment Strips.
Here is a video to show you how I created these cards.
GIVEAWAY!
Simon Says Stamp is giving away a $25 coupon to every stop on the hop.

November 12, 2021 at 3:14 pmLove these both. Am glad to see you using them NOT in Xmas fashion but for everyday purposes – really helps me decide what to buy. As for the tag: I am fine w/ and w/o the ribbon. I think I would trim the ribbon down a little or tuck it behind so that if the recipient chose to take it and tie it onto something (as a memento), he/she would be able to do so.
Thanks for the hug wrapped in a rainbow! Back at ya!

Denise Ward
November 12, 2021 at 8:01 pmThe way you ink-blended the background is fantastic! The colors have just right amount of “pop” and I like how you toned-down the bold background made with cardstock stripes on the other card by using a white panel with a design. Similar yet very different cards, but each is a winner!
Marion Ceriale
