Welcome to the Waffle Flower July Release Blog Hop! I’m happy to be hopping with the folks from Waffle Flower to show you all the fun new stuff awaiting you on the Waffle Flower website! Be sure to check out each stop in today’s blog hop for fun, inspiration, and chances to win some of these new release goodies!
For my first project I used the Random Dot Foil Plate with Citrine Foil onto white cardstock. I added strips of solid colored cardstock. For the sentiment I used the Merry Christmas Duo Foil Plate with Bright Pink foil along with the coordinating die.
For this second card I used the Layered Poinsettia Stencil Duo with distress inks.
For the sentiment I used the Merry Christmas Duo Stamp Set.
Here is a video showing how I created these cards.

July 5, 2022 at 8:38 amI’m totally surprised at the colors you used for a Christmas card – and I love them. I never would have thought to put those colors together for the holidays. I am happy they came out with such a great greeting for foiling and matching die too.

July 5, 2022 at 10:07 amDear Laura – I love the colors you used in both cards. I will check out the new release right away. I just got a foiling machine and that dots foil plate is calling my name. I will look for the WOW cardstock.
As for the charcuterie board business…. any food service gig is TOUGH. There are all sorts of regs you have to adhere to (my ex was in food service) and I wish her every ounce of luck. BTW in French you don’t really pronounce the middle “e” … it’s more like “charcutrie” when you pronounce it other than in certain locales. (In the south of France, the middle “e”s tend to be pronounced more often.)
I wish you a fantastic week!

July 5, 2022 at 12:18 pmWho says you have to always have green and red, or blue and white Christmas cards?!? I say you use what you like and you did with these two cards and they are beautiful!!! I am partial to the poinsettia one if we had to choose, which I’m glad we don’t. Lovely cards Laura, really a treat for the eyes!
