Hi there! Today I’m joining Flora & Fauna for their 1 year birthday celebration! I’m a HUGE flora & fauna fan! I love their simple & quirky images so much. I’ve created a couple of projects featuring the Mermaid Love & Love Bug sets. This first card features the Mermaid Love stamp set. If I could title this technique I would call it “Crop it like it’s Hot”. Sound good?
For both cards I cropped the images, sometimes aggressively, onto their own separate smaller panels. This is a great way to use smaller images that can be hard to fill up the space.
This next “Crop it like it’s Hot” example (I just like saying that…or typing that:) features the Love Bug set.
Pretty much can’t get any better than a llama in a pink car, unless you add a bouquet of balloons. Then it actually CAN get better!
The Flora & Fauna birthday sale starts today! Everything is 20% off! (code: birthday)
Check out Flora & Fauna’s instagram for all sorts of fun!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

March 16, 2018 at 10:37 pmLOVE your “Crop it like it’s hot!” Even without the video you crack me up. Great way to be able to use smaller images to fill up a card without making them look lost. Thanks for sharing and Happy 1st Birthday to Flora & Fauna! Have an awesome weekend. ~HUGS~

March 18, 2018 at 1:32 amI like this idea! It’s a great way to use several cute images without having to actually create a scene. I’m not real familiar with Flora & Fauna stamps but I recognize that adorable mermaid from a cross stitch design I pinned.
