Hi there! Today I have a couple of projects to share featuring some of the adorable new sets by My Favorite Things: Festive Flamingos & Sweet Holiday Penguins.I was giddy when I saw that Stacey Yacula had designed a set for My Favorite Things. I love these festive penguin images. For the background I blended Salty Ocean & Tumbled Glass. I created a frame for the images using the Stitched Rectangles.
This next Tag features the Festive Flamingos. For the background I blended more Oxide inks onto Bristol using the Sun Ray Stencil and then flicked on some Aquamarine Liquid Watercolor. I used the Scallop Cross-Stitch Tag die. All of the images were colored with Copics with some glossy accents added to the strand of Christmas lights.
Check out the My Favorite Things blog to see more info on these awesome new sets & card kits.
Leave me a comment for your chance to win a few My Favorite Things goodies:)
Thanks so much for stopping by!

October 25, 2018 at 9:06 amI’ve alalways been a BIG penguin lover. Penguins and turtles are my 2 most forableavourite animals. The penguins in this set are just too too adorable! Love the effect of the frame. It adds so much dimension and I don’t know why I never thìnk to do a popped up frame. I’ll have to start a “to try” list. That can be the first item on my list. That little tag is pretty darling too! Love the sun ray stencil backg44x4444443round æ. You used it beautifully!

October 25, 2018 at 9:42 amI’ve always been a big fan of penguins! Penguins and turtles are my 2 most favourite animals. The penguins in this set are just too too adorable!! I love the look of the frame. It adds so much dimension. I always love the look of them when I see a card using them but I never thìnk to do one and I’m not sure why. I maybe should start a “to try” list and using a frame will be the first on my list. Your little tag is pretty darling too! Love the background using the sun ray stencil, the colours and how it’s coming from one side.
