Hi there! Today I’m sharing a couple of colorful camper cards over on the Honey Bee Stamps YouTube channel.
Both cards feature the Camp Trailer Card-Honey Cuts.
I used a mixture of pattern papers from the Beach Vibes & Hot Tropics paper packs.
For the sentiments I used the Wild & Free stamp set along with the coordinating Wild & Free-Honey Cuts.
Do you love to camp? Honestly, I’m not really a camper-type of gal, BUT if I had an adorable peach camper like this one I’d hit the open road in a heart beat:)
Here’s a video to show how I created these cards.
Happy trails & thanks so much for stopping by!

August 17, 2020 at 5:18 pmI’m with you… camping, even “glamping” does not interest me. When I was a kid my parents took us to Yosemite every year in a hot, stinky canvas tent. Eventually we had a pop- up tent trailer (not much better, esp when beans were often on the menu). When I was in high school, they went backpacking; I stayed home. When the kids left home, they bought an RV w/ a lovely bathroom, microwave, and TV. My husband and I have a no-camping vow that works for us 😊

August 17, 2020 at 6:06 pmI am definitely NOT a camper. As I once heard someone say, my idea of roughing it is a Holiday Inn without room service! However, my son and his family (wife and 4 kids) recently purchased a camper and they’ve been visiting state parks this summer (we’re in Texas so they’re are lots of them). The camper has a small bathroom and kitchen, so maybe it’s more like “glamping.” Your cards are wonderful and fun — they’d love to get one of those.

August 17, 2020 at 6:20 pmNo, I am not much of a camper. I could deal w/ a cabin, but no way to tents. I’m a Holiday Inn girl, too… I liked the “chaps my khakis” remark… I can always count on a gem from you! My students kept track of all my expressions one year and there were a lot of them by June, I gotta say (see? you made me use “gotta” again). OMG that peach camper is darn tootin’ cute!! To answer your question, I would say that that item IS a hitch. Love those awnings! Your work is just SO good for me. You’re real, no BS from you… and I like the way you think. I think you ROCK!! Have an awesome week, lady!! Twice is nice!

August 17, 2020 at 9:21 pmI have to tell you, Laura, those trailers are just too darn darling. My idea of camping is in a huge Blue Bird motor home! I’ve camped in the sand, dirt, pines and I just can’t feel comfortable camping like that. Back to the cards, you made this look so very easy and I absolutely loved the card stock you used! Lady, you always put a smile on my face. You have the greatest outlook on life!

August 17, 2020 at 11:52 pmAdorable! I’m not much of a camper, but give me a cabin in the woods on a lake and I’m there! This camper is just too darn cute and the paper pads from Honey Bee are gorgeous. Such an enabler you are Laura!

August 18, 2020 at 4:52 amGirl, you are too funny. I watch your videos because you crack me up! 😊Gorgeous campers! Yes, I do believe it is called a hitch. Not that I camp or anything. haha Girl, my parents didn’t send me to swim lessons much less camping. That would have been a crime scene. I don’t think I would have liked it. I don’t like bugs, but my biggest issue would be the toilet and needing to wash my hands. Yuck!

August 18, 2020 at 3:09 pmSooo adorable. It reminds me of a camper turned mini-doughnut-food truck/trailer that has been to our community when we could have festivals. Thanks for sharing. Love the paper choices BTW.

August 18, 2020 at 11:01 pmWhen I was in 6th grade, my parents sold their home in the LA area and we moved to the mountains outside of Yosemite. The first year. . .and it was a long winter. . . we lived in a trailer just about the size of that one, literally, about 3.5 inches, I think! Well, so it seemed. No bathroom! A trek to the outhouse. One double bed and two couches. It was a nightmare. Never been much of camper since that! Now if it would have had peaches and halographic trim, it might have been better! Thank for teaching and entertaining me. I hope I can make you smile, too!
