Hi there! Today I’m sharing a couple more Doodlebug projects featuring the adorable Alex Alphabet Doodle Cuts.
For both cards I used a soft gray gingham pattern paper for the background. I used the Alex Alpha dies with solid colored cardstock to spell out “hello baby!”
For this next card I used more gingham pattern paper and Alex Alpha dies to spell out “baby”.
I added the sweet baby image from Special Delivery. For the sentiment I used the “welcome” from Toy Box and embossed the “boy” from Special Delivery.
I also added a few enamel dots for embellishment. Make sure and check out the Doodlebug Design blog & Instagram for more inspiration. Thanks so much for stopping by!

August 23, 2020 at 11:44 pmThanks for a great card idea. I made a baby (girl) card recently and I overcomplicated it, ended up sending it too late for the shower (which I could not attend due to distance and pandemic)… this one is nice and even if I don’t have a die cut matchine, I could do a similar layout with either fussy cut letters (less likely) or a simple 2×3 rectangle with “baby girl” or “baby boy” stamped in it (more likely). Thanks and have a tremendous week.
