Hi there! Yesterday I shared this project over on the Honey Bee Stamp YouTube channel featuring the Lovely Layers: Coneflower Honey Cuts.
How beautiful are these blooms? I die cut the layers out of solid colored cardstock and added a bit of ink blending for added dimension. For the sentiment I used the simple hello from Riding By and for the background I used some Summer Stems pattern paper.
Here’s the video showing how I created these cards.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

July 6, 2021 at 2:43 pmDear Laura –
I have been eyeing a few of these sets. Your video may be the tipping point for me.
Thanks for showing the CAS card and for showcasing the coneflower. Your card turned out beautifully – I had no doubt it would. Those are very hearty garden stalwarts, by the way, if you ever are looking for a good flower for your garden. Bees love them…. and we need to help out the bee population.
Thanks, Laura…hope you are having a good summer so far! Hoping Alex’s recovery is progressing well.
