Concord & 9th April Release

Hi there! Today I have several cards to share featuring the gorgeous new April Release by Concord & 9th. In addition to the release is a new color launch with six fresh colors that mesh perfectly with the rest.

I’ll start the introductions with my favorite from the release…Pattern Play. This set stole my heart from the get go. You can build and mix and match colors and shapes for endless pattern making fun. For the card on the right I used the Hugs & Friend die for the sentiment and the card on the right uses Paper Posy for the sentiment. HERE is a video showing the Pattern Play bundle.

Next is Paper Posy. This is another favorite from the April release allowing you to create gorgeous layered and textured blooms. HERE is a video showcasing the Paper Posy bundle.

Next up is the Hugs and Friend Dies. These are bold and perfect. I love the stacked layout on the Friend die cut it can also be customized in a non-stacked way. HERE is a video showing the Hugs and Friend dies.

Next is Birdhouse Blossoms. Such a cute set that has a coordinating woodgrain embossing folder to add texture to the birdhouse. I love the mini birdhouse shape card that I made on the right. HERE is a video walking through the Birdhouse Blossoms Bundle.

Next up is the Petal Print Stencil Pack. Effortlessly blend and entire floral panel with this layering stencil set. The card on the left using several new colors including Lakefront, Pimento and Brickyard. I also used Harbor. The sentiment was embossed in white onto Lakefront cardstock using the So Many Sayings set. The card on the right uses the Tiled dies for the sentiment. Lastly is Tiled Tunabout. Another fun pattern to build with the Turnabout system. For this card I used Briar Rose onto Briar Rose cardstock followed by Plumberry, Eggplant and White ink. The card on the right uses one bloom from the Tiled Turnabout set repeatedly with a sentiment from Paper Posy. HERE is the video for Tiled Turnabout.

Rain or Shine Release Blog Hop

Hi there! Today I’m joining Simon Says Stamp for their Rain or Shine Release Blog Hop.

My first card features the Nifty Star Plate. I die cut a panel of white cardstock using the plate and then inlaid the stars with various colors of solid colored cardstock. I trimmed down the panel and popped it up over a navy background that was embossed using the Cubical Illusion Embossing Folder. For the sentiment I used the CZ Thank You Basics.

My first two projects feature the sweet Bunny Tales stamp & die set. For the background I used the Bitty Botanicals stamp & stencil set. For the card below I used the Have a Spine die to create a bookish looking card. The Greetery also offers tiny white pom poms to add to the bunny tails.

Here is a video showing how I created this card.
