My project features the new Congrats All Around stamp set along with the coordinating Congrats Script creative cut.
I blended several distress inks on the card base as well as the Classic Stripe Cover creative cut followed by lots of water flicks. Then I popped up the stripes and added the die cut Congrats sentiment along with a coordinating sentiment from Congrats All Around embossed in white.

I added the cutie chicks & balloons from Party Animals. The images were stamped with Memento ink and colored them with Copics. I also added a bit of Lawn Fawn pattern paper & twine.
